Mega Whipz - Warranty details

All electrical components of Mega Whipz products are warranted against manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This includes RF handheld remotes, RF and Bluetooth controllers, LED pixels in whips, rock lights, chase lights and signature lights. Warranty of failure of electrical connectors will be determined on a per case basis as almost all of these are due to incorrect installation i.e. not enough slack left for the movement of the whip causing the cable to get damaged or pulled out of the whip.

Mega Whipz LLC reserves the right to repair or replace the affected components at our discretion.

All warranty claims should be directed to the Mega Whipz dealer the product was purchased from. If this is not possible contact us via email and we will direct you on how to process your warranty claim.

All structural components of Mega Whipz products are warranted against manufacturer defects for one year from the time of purchase to the original purchaser. This includes mounting hardware, disconnect hardware and outer tubes/caps.
